Product Returns:

All our products are manufactured when ordered unless posted in the "In Stock No Minimum" category. There are no returns for any products that require a minimum of 10. Since these are manufactured on demand. For stocked products we offer a 30 day return policy with a 30% re-stocking fee. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to the customer within 1 Year from date of purchase. If your product is defective please complete the form by using the RMA link at the bottom of every page.

Certs:

All thread orders are shipped with company certs. Manufacturer certs can be provided for a $1,500 fee.

Cancellation:

Any orders that are not in stock are not able to be cancelled.

Shipping:

All custom made orders are usually shipped within 2-6 weeks depending on thread size, color, and coating via UPS Ground. Each process and type can take additional time for dying and coating.
